Cancellations
Cancellations must be received 24 hours in advance of the service to avoid being charged for that day. Cancellations received with shorter notice will result in the standard service fee charge even if service is not provided.
Dog Tag ID
All pets under the care of chellawags services must be wearing collars and identification tags that include the clients phone number for each pet leaving the home. Chellawags reserves the right to fit your dog with a collar and tag that has the information on it reading “call my dog walker at 612-247-4798”.
Insufficient Payment
Incomplete payments from insufficient funds, a declined credit card or any other reason will result in a $30 fee and full payment for service.
Holiday Rates
Rates will double on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day and Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day, Easter, 4th of July, Memorial Day and Labor Day.
Weekend Surcharge
On weekends, a $5 per walk surcharge will apply to all dog walking and pet sitting services.
